Having lived in various countries, I appreciate how cultural norms impact mental health, self-esteem, and confidence.
It’s important to find a therapist who values diversity and respects differences, including those related to sexual orientation and gender identity.
I also offer counselling services in Polish for clients who feel more comfortable expressing themselves in their native language.
